Programming of Life;
(critical thinking)
Note question 24:54 min in clip;
"How can messenger RNA require a protein that reads the genetic code, but yet the protein needs the messenger RNA to be produced? Could they both come into existence at the same time?
The Ancestor’s Tale: A Pilgrimage to the Dawn of Evolution, Richard Dawkins Publication Date: September 2, 2005.
He writes;
“This is the RNA World. To see how **"plausible"** it is, we need to look at why proteins are good at being enzymes but bad at being replicators;".. Dawkins use of **"plausible"** is disingenuous for s scientist who claims to base his evidence on scientific facts.
See "Terms of Probability min 34:28 in clip; "given enough time, time itself performs miracles (min 34:28) defies scientific logic.
Eugene V. Koonin, National Center for Biotechnology Information, National Library of Medicine, National Institutes of Health, admits;
“[RNA World] still is a hypothetical entity… the evolutionary path to the translation systems remains essentially uncharted"..
But unfortunantly, he also used the term **" plausible"** three times in his
article; An RNA-making reactor for the origin of life Copyright © 2007 by The National Academy of Sciences of the USA) and he used the word conceivable; (conceivable; to form or develop in the mind) in article ..."Indeed, it is entirely **"conceivable"** that the origin of life involved a series of highly unlikely events. Which does not point to scientic evidence, but only thinking it up in your mind.

@sloansn

I hear what your saying. But in the case of DADT, if you are straight and make an inappropriate comment or pass at someone, you get reprimanded. If you were gay and made an inappropriate comment or pass you were discharged. So there were different punishments for what you say should be equal. I agree, you should leave your sexuality at the door, but if you do not, and slip up, the punishments should be the same across the board.

The correlation between Hittler exterminating the Jews, and abortion is uncanny, especially when human life is devalued. By the way, German's mentally retarded were the first deliberately exterminated by the Nazis. Alfred Hoch and the lawyer, Karl Binding, published "Extermination of Life Unworthy Creatures, demanding extermination of persons constituted "a burden" to society. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Life_unworthy_of_life Also see http://www.projectinposterum.org/docs/Jaroszewski1.htm
Hittler believed in evolution, despite the fact that those defending evolution have said that had nothing to do with what he did. I disagree, what we believe has everything to do with our actions.
Alhough most evolotionist would not think about exterminating a people group. They would consider killing a baby in the womb when human life is devalued.
Superior races has been the teaching of evolution. It is obvious just by seeing the entire title of Charles Darwins book The Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection: Or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life. The subtitle often is left out to not show the racism in Darwin's theories. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002RI9WZW/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_1?pf_rd_p=486539851&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=0553214632&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=1ZY5HW9BGBMY8YCN8F4Q

I agree with you completely. I think the public wants a hanging. Because of the situation I believe she's guilty of being a bad parent but if I were on the jury I would have to say not guilty because Jim is right there wasn't enough evidence.

A point of note: I'm not defending the criminal justice system. It needs help. Badly. I'm simply stating that yes, it's flawed, everything related to the government is, and this particular case is not a very good example of how flawed our system is.

The jury made the right choice with what they had in front of them. It is not the jury's duty to decide "Did Casey Anthony murder her child?" Rather it is to decide "Has the Defendant been proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt with the facts presented in front of them?" The prosecutor had very little evidence. Any schmuck of a defense attorney would have ripped his case a part. The public doesn't have the slightest clue how the system works and therefore, it is "the incompetent jury" who messed up, or maybe it was that "evil defense attorney who only wants to put rapists and murders back on the streets."

The simple explanation for that case was that the prosecutor had a blatantly bad parent (possibly a child killer, but I'm in no place to pass judgment), a dead baby, a media frenzy, and a politician trying to keep his job so he tried a case prematurely and irresponsibly that was damn near impossible to win.

The system is certainly flawed in each of its three institutions, but then again it is government funded and operated (primarily by the state, which is worse). Is the DMV perfect? How about Social Security? Of course not.
